Fewer roadblocks, fewer resubmittals
Wise Gies Construction is fully versed in the numerous central Florida municipalities and their individual permitting processes. This portion of the project is outside the control of the builder and can be lengthy and frustrating, especially if the paperwork is not in order. But by engaging us as your contractor, we know where the roadblocks lie and can take mitigating action to ensure the opportunity for the permitting office to send back your application as “incomplete” is minimized, thereby requiring you to get back at the end of the permitting review line. We do everything we can to make this process go smoothly.
